The first prototype of the Tone Pick™ was designed in 2007. While recording one of my tracks, ‘A Walk in November’, I found my acoustic guitar was not full enough. I was unable to find a 12-string guitar, so I placed a penny between two picks and glued them together. That did the trick. Well, sort of. The penny and the picks did not hold up too long but the I knew the idea worked.
